Your Support Makes Our Vision Possible
Here is what you've helped make happen.
Our faith in Christ is at the core of who we are. We follow Jesus’ example to work alongside the lost and the hurting to advance the kingdom of Jesus by putting wheels on the Gospel. We partner with local churches, community leaders, agencies, universities and hospitals equipping them with resources to carry out our shared mission for the under resourced of Miami -Dade County.
Then I heard the voice of the Lord saying, “Whom shall I send And who will go for us?” And I said, “Here am I. Send me!” – Isaiah 6:8
We partner with a wide range of community leaders and agencies that share our vision for a city where every family is cared for body, mind and spirit. Together with our partners we are improving the lives of families in Miami Dade county in the areas of health, hunger and immigration.
For the body does not consist of one member but of many. – 1 Corinthians 12:14
Everyday 300,000 kids across Miami-Dade County go to sleep hungry. Good nutrition, particularly in the first three years of life, is directly connected to a child’s future physical and mental health, academic achievement, and economic productivity. Unfortunately, when a child lacks basic fundamental nutrition it threatens that critical foundation.
If you pour yourself out for the hungry and satisfy the desire of the afflicted then shall your light rise in the darkness and your gloom be as the noonday. – Isaiah 58:10
At Caring for Miami our desire is to be the best stewards of the financial and physical resources that God has entrusted to us. We believe that all things from God, through God and to God. We constantly track our progress and share our results with everyone who is involved in helping us to make this a better Miami.
We want to avoid any criticism of the way we administer this liberal gift.- 2 Corinthians 8:20

“I want to thank you for introducing me to your amazing organization; I am blown away by what you do and what you provide for these under resourced families. It’s organizations like yours that give hope to so many. I’m so glad the city held and accommodated your event.“
– Ernesto Soto (City of Hialeah Parks and Recreation)
“When I first heard the statistics of how many children in Dade County were going hungry I was shocked. One child hungry is too many. The Backpack program spoke to my heart immediately. I knew we could make a difference in children’s lives by showing them how much God loves them and has not forgotten them.”
– Gail Daniels (Christ Fellowship Volunteer)
